Model 23 AB Running problem

A friend has a Model 23 AB B&S motor (10 HP) which will run for about 45 minutes to an hour under load (sawing wood) then it just dies out. Points & condenser have replaced twice and has not solved the problem. Anyone have a solution to this problem? or a source of parts?
