Discovered a pair of old New Holland balers in wooded area near Harpers Ferry. Property now owned(?) by National Park Service. One had a Wisconsin engine w/ ID plate. Model VE4 Serial Number 677964. Trying to nail down year of manufacture so as to ID baler model. I collect old plates of this nature, and took this one to add to collection. Can you be of assistance in time frame? Richard
