Have you gone here? [ http://www.elginoutboards.org/index.htm ] There's a boatload (pun intended) of information about these motors. Interestingly, there's no mention of Tecumseh/Lauson. There are a number of engine sources (all detailed on the web site) but none seem to be what you think yours is.
