Actually Tecumseh is not dead yet. A company called Certified Parts Corp. bought them. It is my belief they may have bit off more then they can chew. They are struggling and having problems getting parts out. It will be interesting to see if they can get Tecumseh back on the road. Wisconsin is also alive and doing much better then Tecumseh. Jim
