I have an old WI ??? with a lever / gear starter on the flywheel side. It's missing the air cleaner/sparkplug wire and gas cap.
gas tank is really good and turns over freely-- it's not all rusted up (well oiled up to keep the rust away)i have no idea what it's worth , but it needs a good home.
