Hi -- We have a Briggs and Stratton Model A Type 60290 to sell, price negotiable. The front label says "Briggs and Stratton 4-cycle Gasoline"
The metal tag is stamped Type 60290, Model A, Serial Number 7465
I think that the air cleaner is an oil bath type? It has a label with instructions for cleaning.
It turns, but we have neither cleaned it up nor tested it. I believe that it's from my grandfather who was a truck mechanic in Dayton, OH in the 1930's and 40's and it has been in my father's garage south of Dayton since then.
Anyway, any interest, thoughts, ideas? I have pictures which I can send.
